1. Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed when your booking is accepted by Tiger Education and initial payment is received. Parents/guardians agree to provide accurate student details and keep contact information up to date.
2. Fees & payments
- Fees are billed per term unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are due by the invoice due date. Late payments may pause attendance until settled.
- Discounts and promotions (if any) are applied at Tiger Education’s discretion.
3. Cancellations & make-ups
- If a student misses a class, a make-up may be offered subject to availability within the same term.
- For centre-initiated cancellations (e.g., tutor illness), we will offer a make-up or credit.
- Withdrawals mid-term may be eligible for partial credit at our discretion (non-refundable materials/admin may apply).
4. Student conduct
Students must behave respectfully towards peers and tutors. Disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or cancellation of enrolment.
5. Class operations
- Small-group class sizes are capped; placement is subject to availability.
- We may adjust schedules, tutors or venues where necessary; families will be notified as early as possible.
- Learning materials remain the intellectual property of Tiger Education and are for enrolled students’ personal use only.
6. Results & guarantees
We focus on best-practice teaching and measurable improvement; however, academic results depend on multiple factors. We do not guarantee specific grades or outcomes.
7. Changes to services
We may update class formats, curricula, pricing or policies to improve student experience or reflect external requirements. Any material change will be communicated in advance.
8. Media & consent
With parent/guardian consent, we may use anonymised student work or group photos for educational or promotional purposes. Consent can be withdrawn by contacting us.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tiger Education is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total aggregate liability in connection with services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant term.
10. Policy updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date appears at the top of this page. Continued enrolment after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
